To advise of any return`s, and our staff will notify you of the correct procedure to follow. Any items returned without prior notice, will not be refunded.
You must check goods for missing parts or incorrect items received within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. All goods sold on our website are fully covered by the manufacturers guarantee, and we will replace any faulty item ourselves within 28 days of purchase. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will then refund the postage cost.
For small item deliveries that arrive with carriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage AFTER 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier.
For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the drivers delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check.
If an item on a delivery is damaged, make a note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and contact 01642 788882 or email us at email@example.com with the details.
The Distance Selling Regulations (D.S.R) entitle the customer to a “cooling off” period of seven days from the date of purchase, so If you change your mind about the product when you receive it, and have notified us within the seven day period, you can return it at any time within 28 days for a refund of the product cost, less the original outgoing Postage.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WRITE OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING THEN THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. (Any rips or torn packaging cardboard, dust, paint or any other marks on packaging will result in a rejection of the returned item, and we will be unable to return the price of the item).
We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
